EPIC Food Service Material Coordination
EPIC is a plastic free event when it comes to food service.
Emiko Yumoto, one of our star volunteers from 2011 has taken on the
task of making sure food sampling service-ware is compostable. She
will be contacting you soon or you can email her at emikoyumoto@insideepic.com.
We have been lucky to enlist the support of a Zero Waste Crew to
manage our recycling, which includes organics & compostables.
One of the members of this team is an excellent company (Canada
Green Pack/Eco Server) who carries compostable products for the
